    I submitted my form! Now what? 
    Thanks for choosing me as your artist -- I can't wait to cartoon you! Please allow 1-3 business days for the artist to review your form and reply via the email you provided. Remember to check your junk or "spam" folders -- the email gremlins have been known to misplace important emails!

    How long before I get my art? 
    The artist will review your form and provide your final quote and confirmation via the email you provided. Please allow 10-14 business days after the payment is received for the artist to transform you into a cartoon. If the artist believes your project will require more time, you'll be notified as soon as possible with the revised timeline.

    Please Note: My Cartoon-Yourself queue fills up quickly (especially during the holidays!) Due to the popularity of Cartoon-Yourself commissions, the artist cannot accommodate rush deliveries between September 01 - December 31. Requests made after September 1st will be added to the artist's queue in a "first come, first served" basis. Thank you for understanding!

    Quotes & Payments
    Projects quoted over $500 will require a non-refundable downpayment totalling 50% of the projected quote before the artist begins creating your artwork. All invoices must be paid in full before final artwork is delivered to the client. 

    Shipping & Delivery
    A flat rate charge of $5 will be applied to any cartoon shipping within Canada. International shipping (outside of Canada) will be subject to a flat rate charge of $15. Addresses located in Flin Flon, MB and Creighton, SK are eligible for free, no-contact delivery (deliveries are made every Friday).

    Returns & Refunds
    Every Cartoon-You is hand-drawn uniquely for you! Due to the nature of these one-of-a-kind projects, the artist is unable to accept returns on any commissioned piece. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your artwork, please contact the artist at [email protected]. I'll do my best to make it right for you!

    Copyright & Usage
    All artwork is copyrighted to Danita Stallard (2022). The client (you!) will be granted full personal-use rights to your new artwork! Commercial rights (for reprinting & resale) can be negotiated upon request. The artist will retain a digital copy of both your finished artwork and in-progress photos for display in her print and online portfolios (including social media). Your artwork will not be reprinted or resold by the artist.
