Your favourite FlitterMouse Artist finds inspiration in the forests of Northern Manitoba. I rarely remember to pack my camera before I head out on an adventure, so I've taken to using tiny, snack-sized canvases as a medium to celebrate the magic that hides in every sunset, flower, and bright little butterfly.
I'm a relentless doodler. If there's a pen nearby, you can bet your last marshmallow I will find something to draw on. There's something totally zen about filling in repetitive patterns, or hatching textures into a blank piece of line art. Creating fantastical creatures and creepy critters is one of my favourite pastimes. Check out some of my favourite inklings in this collection!
I often get asked "how tiny" my tiny paintings are. 52 Faeries started as a way to easily showcase the average size of my preferred canvas -- after all, everyone knows how big a playing card is! I painted the original 52 Faeries on a normal deck of poker cards, and loved them so much I've decided to turn them into a real, playable deck! Learn more about the 52 Faeries Card Deck here!
